Pricing

Transparent pricing for industrial diagnostics. Fixed-price pilots with clear deliverables.

What you pay, what you get

No “contact us for a quote.” Fixed price, clear deliverables, clear timeline.

Diagnostic Pilot — $3,000–5,000

Duration: 4–8 weeks Scope: 1–3 air handling units or equivalent equipment

We’re building our portfolio. You get full-scope diagnostics at a fraction of the typical market rate. In exchange, we publish an anonymized case study of the engagement. Your company name, location, and identifying details stay confidential — the diagnostic methodology and findings are what we write about.

What you get:

  • Edge device deployed on your OT network (BACnet/Modbus/OPC UA)
  • Plant model built from your P&IDs and point lists
  • 4–8 weeks of continuous data collection and physics-based diagnostics
  • Written findings report with:
    • Identified faults, ranked by energy penalty
    • Avoided-cost estimates per fault
    • Recommended actions with payback periods
  • All raw data and diagnostic results delivered to you
  • Anonymized case study published (you approve before publication)

What determines the price:

  • Number of units monitored (1 AHU = lower end, 3 AHUs + chiller plant = higher end)
  • Complexity of BAS integration (standard BACnet/IP = straightforward; legacy proprietary = more work)
  • Quality of existing documentation (good P&IDs = fast; no documentation = we survey)

What we need from you:

  • A real problem or a real facility. We’re offering discounted work, not free consulting.
  • Network access for our edge device (read-only, we work with your IT/OT team).
  • A point of contact who responds within 48 hours. Diagnostics stall when questions go unanswered.
  • Permission to publish an anonymized case study of the engagement.

After the pilot

Once we’ve proven the method on your systems, two paths forward:

Campus-Wide Diagnostic — $25,000–60,000. Full plant coverage, 3–6 months, fleet-wide fault ranking, interactive dashboard, quarterly reviews. Scoped based on pilot findings.

Continuous Monitoring — $3,000–5,000/month. 24/7 fault detection, monthly reports, quarterly deep-dive reviews. Minimum 3 months, then month-to-month. Cancel anytime.

We scope these after the pilot, when we both know what your systems look like and what’s worth monitoring.

How billing works

  • Pilots: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery of findings report.
  • Campus diagnostics: milestone-based, agreed at scoping.
  • Continuous monitoring: monthly invoicing.
  • Travel: included for sites within Europe. International sites: travel at cost, agreed in advance.
  • Hardware: edge devices provided for the engagement duration. Purchased at cost (~$200–500 per unit) if you want to keep them.

How you pay

You get a Stripe invoice link after we agree on scope. Pay by card or bank transfer (SEPA / ACH) — whatever your procurement process prefers. Wire transfer available on request for organizations that require it.

No payment upfront on the website. No checkout flow. We talk first, scope second, invoice third.
